The covered secure garage space can fit up to a small SUV, as well as a scooter or bikes. The secure gate makes for safety.

The home comprises of three furnished bedrooms (master plus two smaller ones which can be used for room mates, occasional guests, offices, or storage space).


The master bedroom has a huge, spacious, built-in wooden closet with a long vertical mirror. Comfortably, this master bedroom is furnished with a full double bed with good mattress (much better newer mattress not pictured), night stand tables, table lamp, drawers and mirrors.

There are two smaller single bedrooms which can come with the built-in closets as pictured AS WELL AS, a good single twin bed, as well as closets, and side table!

The wonderful, secure skylights give this place plenty of natural light.

The fresh earthy tones we have painted in, along with the new terracotta tiled floors in two of the bedrooms gives the place a cozy warm "at home" feeling.

This attractive secure little place, with lots of bright natural daylight, has been completely refurbished, redecorated and furnished especially for the important security concerns and comfort of foreigners who want to save by living in a nice middle class family-oriented suburb on the EAST side, and so close to the many services at costs much lower than living in Escazu or Rohrmoser!

The nice bathroom has it´s own hot shower fitting, nice handbasin and faucets.

It also has it´s own bathroom extractor fan, lots of natural light, bathroom cabinet and a handy mirror cabinet.

The spacious kitchen gives you plenty of counter and storage space, and comes equiped with an almost new stove/oven, with overhead extractor, as well as a good refrigerator.

There is also a bulk storage area which could be used as a libary/study, too, and can come with a small desk.

The laundry has the traditional Costa Rican "pila" tub and a small asian-style washing machine. The area is covered but with natural light and fresh air.


The home comes with it's own national land line telephone, and ASDL Highspeed Broadband Internet (internet is charged separately) also Cable TV is optionally available.

It's a fantastic, secure, small furnished and fully equipped house! If you are looking for a quiet place with green area, this is not your option! But if you are looking for safety, a semi-commercial area with bakery next door, and bus stop across the road giving you quick access to the east side, then this is a great place.

We would like to short or long term, it can be a few weeks or months or a year, as long as it includes a defined finish date. Rates will depend on length of stay and advance payment.

The refundable security bond for the home is equivalent to two month's rental (due to our house being furnished with valuable items and problems with past tenants) and the refundable security bond for services is $150 (due to the normal 6-week delay with some utility bills in CR). We waive the contract cost of $95 all all rentals of at least 3 years. Monthly rates including utilties are available for short term stays. Please let us know YOUR needs! (FYI: We have excellent, responsible, tenants who moved out recently and received their entire security bond back having faithfully fulfilled their rental contract conditions)

This is great value for a fully furnished, fully equipped small home in real middle-class Costa Rica!
